Ashley Tisdale is a married woman.
The 29-year-old former "High School Musical" star tied the knot with musician Christopher French on Monday in a secret ceremony in Los Angeles, People Magazine reported. The singer and actress took to Twitter and Instagram to share a picture from her special day.
"Best day of my life! Introducing Mr and Mrs French Sept 8, 2014 Shot by @corbingurkin," she wrote, along with posting a picture of herself and French, the lead singer of Annie Automatic, on their wedding day.
In the picture posted on social media, Tisdale wore a white gown and a flower crown, while her now-husband sported a black suit.
According to E! News, Tisdale's "High School Musical" co-star and best friend Vanessa Hudgens was among the guests in attendance.
Tisdale and French began dating in December 2012 and got engaged in August 2013. People Magazine reported that the rock star proposed to his former Disney starlet at the top of the Empire State Building with a cushion-cut diamond ring.
"You know, I didn't [think it would happen that quickly]," she told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM morning show in December. "I think I've obviously been in long relationships in the past, but I think because of knowing what I wanted, I wouldn't have gone into a relationship, if it wasn't what I wanted. And I think from the moment that him and I met, I just knew it."
Tisdale, who held her bachelorette party in Miami back in May, previously told E! News that despite hiring a wedding planner she is perfectionist.
"I have a wedding planner so that's a lot easier," she said. "I'm definitely a perfectionist, so I'm definitely involved with certain things that you'd think I'd be relaxed on. I just want it to be perfect."
