Justin Bieber Confirms Relationship With Selena Gomez In Deposition

Justin Bieber swore to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth in his second deposition for the alleged Miami Beach photographer assault. Unlike his first erratic testimony, Bieber behaved and answered the questions, including one concerning his relationship status with on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez.

"We're dating," Bieber answered attorney Mark DiCowden, the lawyer representing paparazzo Jeffrey Binion, in his Sept. 11 depostion, according to GossipExtra.

"You mean, you're boyfriend-girlfriend," DiCowden followed up.

"We are," Beiber said.

The couple was last spotted together while on vacation in Ontario with Bieber's family. During the trip, the 20-year-old performer was arrested for dangerous driving and assault after he crashed his ATV into a minivan driven by paparazzi. Selena Gomez was present and questioned about the incident.

Jeffrey Binion filed a lawsuit against Bieber last June for $15,000. He claims the pop singer ordered his bodyguard Hugo Hesny and three other guards "to confront [Binion] and to forcibly take the memory card from [his] camera." Hesny then allegedly "threw [Binion] against a wall, began choking him, and threatened [him] with a gun..." according to the lawsuit.

Bieber's second deposition lasted only 30 minutes. TMZ released video from the first deposition in March that showed Bieber acting belligerently and refusing to answer any questions about Gomez.

"Don't ask me about her again," he repeated three times before walking off the stand.

DiCowden has tried to establish a pattern of Bieber and his bodyguards physically harming other photographers. When asked about another incident in Los Angeles, in which Gomez was present, Bieber said he didn't remember, according to GossipExtra.

"Do you have brain damage?" DiCowden asked.

"I don't," Bieber said.

"Have you been diagnosed with a neurological condition that would prevent you from remembering?" DiCowden then asked.

"No," Bieber said.

The "Baby" singer followed up this exchange with an explanation on how his brain works. He works to remember lyrics, dance moves and music, but anything else, he quickly erases from his memory.

DiCowden is now considering whether to file a motion to have Bieber undergo psychological and neurological evaluations, according to GossipExtra.
