Justin Bieber Reckless Driving: Security Tape Proves Tyler The Creator Was Behind the Wheel (VIDEO)

Justin Bieber's security team have told authorities that they have a video placing Tyler The Creator in the driver seat on the night Bieber's accused of reckless driving according to TMZ.

Authorities are in for a battle of he-say-she-say because retired NFL player Keyshawn Johnson says he saw Bieber driving his car at a dangerous speed and proceeded to pursue the Canadian native to tell him he's a threat to the community. Johnson says Bieber ran into the house and avoided any confrontation.

"You got a 19-year-old kid feeling entitled, speeding up and down the highway. That's why neighbors is mad. You can't do that," Johnson told TMZ.

Although it has been reported that Bieber's security team are cooperating with authorities to clear his name, the video has yet to be released to police for review. Bieber and Tyler The Creator are assumed to be friends and the video may cause a rift between the two as the video will incriminate the rapper. No reports of Bieber or Tyler's reaction to the news nor was there any confirmation that a video even exist

The "As Long As You Love Me" singer's run in with the law and disgruntled neighbors have not stopped him from continuing to party hard and remind the public that he is an artist that "should be taken seriously."

While the media, authorities, and Bieber's neighbors try to figure out whether the star is guilty or not of reckless driving and spitting on a neighbor, the teen was seen partying in New York and even sported a new tattoo. According to Radar Online, Bieber recently inked a knight on his inner left arm. "I'm going for the sixteenth chapel look," he said.
