Sarah Palin Ditches Wedding Ring, Makeup in First Appearance Since Family Fight

Sarah Palin was spotted out for the first time since her family got into a nasty fight at a house party, sans makeup and her wedding ring. The former Alaska governor was photographed shopping on Monday afternoon (Sept. 15) and was seen walking around Anchorage with a bunch of shopping bags but was noticeably missing her wedding ring.

According to the Daily News, photographs asked her about the fight reportedly involving her daughter, son and husband, but Sarah ignored the barrage of questions. In one of the photos taken of the former Vice Presidential candidate, it looks like she was flipping the bird to the paparazzi.

Last Saturday, several members of her family were allegedly involved in a massive fight that reportedly left her son, Track, with cracked ribs and her husband, Todd, with a bloody nose. According to reports, the fight involved about 20 people including Sarah, Todd, Track and Bristol Palin.

Some reports claim that Track, 25, instigated a fight with a man identified as his sister Willow's ex-boyfriend. Other reports said it was the ex-boyfriend who started the melee when he engaged in "questionable behavior."

It's not clear what sparked the fight but other reports claim Bristol - who has a 5-year-old son named Tripp - allegedly punched the owner of the house, where the party was being held, several times.

"Just about the time when some people might have had one too many, a Track Palin stumbles out of a stretch Hummer, and immediately spots an ex-boyfriend of Willow's. Track isn't happy with this guy, the story goes. There's words, and more. The owner of the house gets involved, and he probably wished he hadn't," the blog, Political Gates, wrote. "Word is that Bristol has a particularly strong right hook, which she employed repeatedly... As people were leaving in a cab, Track was seen on the street, shirtless, flipping people off, with Sarah right behind him, and Todd somewhere in the foreground, tending to his bloody nose."

Eventually, the Palin family was asked to leave the property, a source told the Daily News. The massive fight is currently being investigated by police but no arrests have been made and no one has pressed any charges.
