After three appearances at New York Fashion Week, Kendall Jenner made her Milan Fashion Week debut over the weekend.
Sharing the catwalk with Joan Smalls, Cara Delevingne and Georgia May Jagger, she trotted onto the scene in a sleeveless graphic tee, chocolate-hued harem pants, gladiator sandals and a dip-dyed carryall.
The 18-year-old has already landed covers for Love magazine and Teen Vogue, and most recently walked the catwalk for New York Fashion Week.
With popularity follows criticism and controversies. Many models have gone on record to say that Jenner has bagged many big projects because of her relationship with half-sister Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West.
"They thought she was getting special treatment and just weren't OK with it," as source told Touch magazine, via radar Online. "They started acting so b****y - some even put out their cigarettes in Kendall's drink. Models can be cruel, especially with someone new and entitled."
Jenner has also walked the ramp for Marc Jacobs, Diane Von Furstenberg and Tommy Hilfiger. However, according to the actress, she wasn't always so lucky in bagging projects.
"People didn't want to take a chance on me. I think because I was sort of known," Jenner explained in one of her previous interviews. "They were a little bit on the fence about it. Some people might think that what I've done before made it easier for me to get jobs, but it was actually a disadvantage. I had to work even harder."
Jenner recently made headlines for posing nude for Russell James' book "Angels." Her nude pictures were released only days after her half-sister Kim Kardashian's nude pictures for GQ Magazine were released. The photo has been liked by sister Kourtney's followers more than 436,000 times and has received much appreciation from Instagram users.
