A lot of female country fans may have had their eye on Tyler Hubbard - the remaining single member of the mega-hot country duo Florida Georgia Line - as a possible future husband. Sorry, they're out of luck.
Hubbard announced his engagement to girlfriend Hayley Stommel on Monday, according to People.
"I'm the luckiest man and never thought I would find such a perfect girl for me," he said. "This will truly be a life of happiness and love forever."
And judging by their Instagram photos, the 27-year-old singer appears to have popped the question during a helicopter ride.
"This is what a lucky man looks like right here. Not sure why but I sure am blessed to call this angel my [fiancée]. #loveisintheair #literally," Hubbard wrote on Instagram next to a photo of the two lovers toasting with champagne aboard a chopper.
Stommel posted her own photo of her and Hubbard standing on a lawn with the helicopter behind them. "Blessed to call this amazing man my fiancé," she wrote.
Stommel is a 26-year-old Idaho native who has work experience as a personal assistant and client associate at Merrill Lynch in Nashville, the Taste of Country reported. The two have been dating since at least last December.
Hubbard's bandmate Brian Kelley married Brittany Marie last winter, and she's as excited as the couple-to-be about the pending nuptials:
"Literally have a tear in my eye over [Tyler] and [Hayley's] engagement," she tweeted. "Us 4 for life. FAM."
Florida Georgia Line will release their newest album, "Anything Goes," on Oct. 14.
