NFL News: Titans Cheerleaders Visit Troops in Japan

Gorgeous and sweet, Titans cheerleaders Yalea and Heidi recently traveled to Japan to visit U.S. military members stationed at Camp Zama and Osaka, Titans Online reports.

The two cheerleaders spent six days experiencing Japanese culture, meeting with young Japanese women hoping to become NFL cheerleaders and bringing a little bit of American football across the globe. The duo hung out with military members during meals and various events throughout the week. They also taught a cheer and dance routine to children living on the American military bases.

"I come from a military family, and I understand the daily sacrifices military personnel and their families make on a daily basis to serve this country," Heidi said. "Having the chance to travel to Japan and personally thank the troops stationed there meant a lot to me. I felt so welcomed by everyone at Camp Zama, and I hope that we were able to bring our troops a little taste of home."

Their visit marked the fourth time Titans cheerleaders have met with troops in Japan. The cheerleaders have also entertained American servicemen and women in Alaska, Guam, Djibouti, Diego Garcia, Kuwait and other locations.
