Actress Katie Holmes is supposedly dating her co-star in the upcoming movie “Mania Days,” Luke Kirby. So cameras and fans were especially interested while the two were filming a love scene from the movie in New York, according to The Daily Mail.
Holmes was pictured in a bra as she straddled her co-star while the movie’s crew recorded the scene on Friday.
The two 34-year olds took part in a series of caressing, hugging, kissing and sensual touching as cameras took in everything. Many are wondering if the two used some real-life experience to make the love session seem realistic.
The two had sheepish smiles on their face after they realized they had been seen.
Rumors the two were dating began after they were spotted a few weeks ago going out to eat in New York City. They seemed to be enjoying themselves.
According to a source, Holmes has not been herself since the beginning of May.
“The last month you rarely see her anymore,” the source told The New York Daily News referring to the actress’ Chelsea home.
“Whatever she’s trying to hide I don’t know, but she’s not going in the main entrance [of her building] anymore.”
Sources say the two have been acting “flirty” on the set of the movie. They also rumored to have been “holding hands” last month.
“Mania Days” is expected to debut in 2014 and is being directed by Paul Dalio according to the International Movie Database.
The movie is about “two manic depressives meet in a psychiatric hospital and begin a romance that brings out all of the beauty and horror of their condition,” says the film’s page on IMDb.com.
