Vanessa Williams is planning another trip down the aisle.
The 51-year-old former "Desperate Housewives" actress is engaged to boyfriend Jim Skrip, People Magazine reported. Williams shared the good news and her flashy engagement ring during Friday's taping of "The Queen Latifah Show," which will air next Tuesday.
"Vanessa, I have been trying to have a conversation ladies and gents, but I'm blinded by the light coming from that bling ring on your finger," Latifah joked. "Is there something that we need to know around here?"
The former Miss America replied, "Oh sorry darling. I got engaged."
"I have had a lot of good things happen while I've been on this lovely trip," Williams continued. "I turned 50 when we were in rehearsal on Broadway, I just got engaged a couple of weeks ago. It has been a lot of blessings on this trip."
"I'm happy for you; you know I'm always happy for you," Latifah replied.
The mother-of-four is currently starring in a touring revival of "The Trip to Bountiful," which opens Friday in Los Angeles. Williams will act alongside Blair Underwood and Cicely Tyson.
The "Ugly Betty" actress has two daughters and a son from her first marriage to PR consultant Ramon Hervey, whom she was married to from 1987-1997. Williams also has a daughter with her second ex-husband, former NBA player Rick Fox, whom she married in 1999, but filed for divorce nearly five years later.
