‘The View’ Cast Feud: Cohosts Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie O’Donnell Argue on Set in Front of Audience?

There's some drama brewing behind-the-scenes on ABC's "The View." According to the Daily Mail, cohosts Whoopi Goldberg and Rosie O'Donnell got into a nasty argument during a commercial break recently.

Reportedly the ladies were cursing at each other in front of the studio audience. A source told the Daily Mail that the drama started when O'Donnell was cut off during a "Hot Topic" discussion. Reportedly, she had told the other cohosts - Goldberg, Rosie Perez and Nicolle Wallace - during a backstage break that the upcoming topic was something she was really passionate about.

Well, the segment was reportedly starting to run over its allotted time limit and Goldberg was told by producers to cut to a commercial. A source told the Daily Mail that O'Donnell didn't know the segment was running over because she allegedly refuses to wear an earpiece and without it producers can't talk to her during the taping.

"As soon as they went to commercial break, Rosie took the handheld microphone that they use to engage the audience," the source said. "Instead of talking to the crowd, Rosie spoke directly to Whoopi in the mic that she 'hurt my feelings,' and that she was 'very upset by it' and 'didn't appreciate' what Whoopi had done."

Goldberg reportedly told O'Donnell "This isn't the time for this, Rosie" but O'Donnell reportedly continued on.

"Well I just don't appreciate you saying that you were going to do something and not doing it. It makes me upset and I just don't want to have to go through this," O'Donnell said.

Goldberg reportedly snapped and said, "F**k it, I told you to leave it alone and you just don't want to listen. If you want to go there Rosie, I will dammit. I'm really sick of your s**t."

Rosie Perez reportedly jumped in to calm the two ladies.

The source claims that O'Donnell and Goldberg have been bickering a lot because O'Donnell wants to be the moderator of the show.
