Kim Kardashian And Kris Humphries Divorce Finalized: NBA Player Didn't Get Annulment He Wanted

In what has seemed like an eternity for the reality star, divorce proceedings from her ex, Kris Humphries have lasted longer than Kim Kardashian's 72-day marriage to the NBA star.

A judgement was entered in superior court Monday night, to end the marriage, People reports. While the couple reached a settlement in April, the terms had not been finalized, according to People. Details of the terms of the divorce have not been released.

Kardashian, who expressed her worry in Sunday's night's season premiere of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" that she would be bringing a child into the world while she was still married, doesn't have to worry any longer. Kardashian, who filed for divorce in 2011, is expecting a daughter with boyfriend Kanye West in July.

The major battle between the couple that was only engaged for three months before throwing an over-the-top wedding filmed on E!, was what to call the split, according to People. Humphries alleged the marriage was staged for Kardashian's reality show and was asking for an anullment on grounds of fraud.

Kardashian filed for a divorce. Paperwork said that Humphries wanted a legal separation if the annulment could not be granted, People said. The two had signed a prenuptial agreement before marrying.

Both agreed on paper that the last day of their relationship was Oct. 31, according to People.

Kardashian celebrated her soon-to-be bundle of joy with friends and family Sunday during a "Garden Chic" baby shower. American found out the sex of her baby Sunday night on the season premiere of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" when cameras showed her doctor telling the Hollywood socialite she would be having a girl.
