Minnesota, surprisingly, has the same 2-2 record as Green Bay. More importantly, the Vikings' 41-28 win against the Atlanta Falcons showed rookie quarterback Teddy Bridgewater has potential as a starter. The first-round pick completed 19 of 30 passes for 317 yards, helping the Vikings pull off an upset win at home over Atlanta.

Bridgewater also had help from his running backs. Rookie tailback Jerick McKinnon rushed for 135 yards, and veteran Matt Asiata added 78 yards and three touchdowns.

"Being a defensive coach, when you have two different types of backs come in there it changes your mindset on some of your calls and also the players, they have to think a little bit differently," first-year Vikings coach Mike Zimmer told the team website, via ESPN. "It's not necessarily different plays all the time - it's one guy can get to the perimeter faster, one guy can be a little bit more physical."

Minnesota's potent rushing attack will likely cause problems for Green Bay, whose defense has given up a league-worst 176.0 yards per game on the ground.

"I'm aware what the numbers are. Nobody likes it," said Packers coach Mike McCarthy. "... We're very critical of ourselves and our players are very accountable."

One of the negatives from the Vikings' win, though, was the sprained ankle Bridgewater suffered in the fourth quarter. His status for Thursday night, given the short turnaround from Sunday, is uncertain.

Green Bay is also coming off a win. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers finally looked like Aaron Rodgers, passing for 346 yards and three touchdowns.
