Bethenny Frankel is no longer allowed to dress up in her daughter's clothing.
During the summer, the 43-year-old former "Real Housewives of New York City" Instagrammed a picture of herself modeling her four-year-old daughter's tiny Hello Kitty pajamas.
Now a Manhattan Supreme Court judge has ordered the reality star to stop wearing her child's clothing, during a hearing Thursday for divorce from estranged husband Jason Hoppy.
"No more pajamas!" Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Ellen Gesmer told her lawyer during a hearing, according to the New York Daily News.
Frankel's attorney tried to explain to the judge that the post was meant as a joke, but Gesmer replied sternly, "It's not a joke. Her child is not a joke," and added that the photo could be an embarrassment for her child in later years.
In July, Frankel took to Twitter to try and explain her decision behind the post, writing, "When ur 4 year old peanut says "mommy please put my dress on" & giggles uncontrollably, u do what ur told."
Frankel and Hoppy were in the courtroom during the discussion.
During a pre-taped episode of "The Meredith Vieira Show" airing Friday, the former talks show host opened up about the backlash she received because of the photo.
"The truth of the matter is I don't really care what people think if I don't think I've done anything wrong," Frankel told Vieira. "It was a dress of my daughter's, and she's like, 'Put this on,' and one of my friends was like, 'Your Instagram game is weak.' So I just took a picture and thought it was cute."
She added: "I had no idea that I would get that backlash. I really didn't think it was that big of a deal. I didn't think people were going to start being anorexic because I put my daughter's clothes on. I just thought it was a ridiculous joke."
