Tracy Morgan Still Bound to Wheelchair Following June Accident

Comedian Tracy Morgan is still bound to a wheelchair following a June accident that left him and two others seriously injured, and killed another man. Sources close to Morgan told TMZ that he's still struggling to get his life back on track nearly four months after the crash.

Reportedly, walking is now questionable for the former "30 Rock" star with sources telling TMZ that Morgan's injuries may prevent him from ever walking again without some type of assistance. He was spotted on Wednesday in a wheelchair making his way into Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.

The Daily News also obtained photos of Morgan using a cane, and then switching to a walker, as he left his New Jersey home.

"This is the way he is now," Morgan's lawyer, Benedict Morelli, told the Daily News.

"He has to use the wheelchair anytime he's out and about. He can't do that many steps. He's still unsteady. He has this head injury, and his leg isn't totally better yet," Morelli said. "He has to struggle to inch along."

The accident left Morgan with a broken leg and ribs and killed Morgan's friend, 62-year-old James "Jimmy Mack" McNair. Morelli also told Page Six that Morgan's career could be in jeopardy because of a "debilitating brain injury."

When the newspaper asked the lawyer if Morgan would be able to perform again, Morelli said "the jury's still out."

"The doctors don't know the answer," he added. "I don't know the answer."

On June 7, Morgan and his friends were leaving a comedy show in Delaware when a Walmart tractor trailer, driven by employee Kevin Roper, hit the back of the limo bus causing it to spin out of control. The accident injured Morgan and two other people and killed McNair.
