"Glee" creator Ryan Murphy is a proud papa of two.
During an appearance at the "American Horror Story: Freak Show" premiere in Hollywood, Murphy told E! Online that he and his husband David Miller welcomed their second baby via surrogate Friday.
"His name is Ford. I brought him home today from the hospital and Logan gave him kind of a side eye," he shared. "For 21 months, Logan has been the light of my life and now there are two."
The couple welcomed their first son, Logan Phineas, - also via surrogate - on Christmas Eve 2012, just five months after tying the knot in a secret ceremony in Provincetown, Massachusetts.
"It was an amazing birth," Murphy said about Ford's delivery. "37 weeks and a day and he was a chunker, 7 lbs. 13 oz. David and I were there and pulled him out and cut the cord and cried and it was pretty amazing. And now look at me I'm crying again."
He added, "It's amazing to be two dads and we have a wonderful surrogate. It's so uplifting and I've enjoyed sharing our story with young gay families."
Murphy told People Magazine that growing up as a gay guy, he never through he would be married or have children, saying, "it's very overwhelming."
"Since being with David, Ryan has just opened his heart up to love so much," Lea Michele told Vogue in 2012. "In the past few months, I have seen such a joy and excitement in Ryan. And I just know that deep down they are going to be the most incredible parents. I am incredibly jealous that I am not their daughter. Because the Murphy household would be my dream."
"American Horror Story" season four premieres on Wednesday, Oct 8 at 10 P.M. ET/PT on FX. This season stars Sarah Paulson, Jessica Lange, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Michael Chiklis and Wes Bentley.
