Hold on! Larry Gatlin and Billy Dean have a major viral hit on their hands - thanks to their patriotic new song, "An American With A Remington."
Since the two country stars originally posted the performance to Gatlin's Facebook Page last week, the video has reached more than 14 million people!
Now, Gatlin and Dean are taking the mega-hit song for a live performance on "Fox & Friends" on Oct. 8 at 8:50 a.m. EST, according to absolutepublicity.com.
The recent beheadings of innocent people by Middle East terrorists prompted Gatlin and Dean to pen "An American With A Remington," reported Country Music Matters. The soaring ballad - drenched in American values - was written in just a few hours, and an acoustic video performance of the tune was immediately uploaded to Facebook.
Gatlin and Dean plan to record the song in a studio later this week, and will make it available for public download on iTunes shortly thereafter.

Gatlin's career accomplishments include more than 30 Top 40 hits, a Grammy Award and a starring role on Broadway. The close family harmonies of Larry, Rudy and Steve Gatlin, better known as Larry Gatlin & the Gatlin Brothers, gave the trio a signature sound that led to country classics like "All the Gold in California," "Broken Lady" and "I Just Wish You Were Someone I Love."
Dean has claimed 11 top ten Billboard country singles, including five No.1 hits, "I Miss Billy The Kid," "If There Hadn't Been You" and "You Don't Count The Cost," to name a few. In 2000, Dean sang harmony vocals alongside Alison Krauss on Kenny Rogers' rendition of "Buy Me A Rose," which earned Dean a Grammy.
