Miley Cyrus Sued by Model Over Alleged Vicious Dog Attack

This isn't a "man bites dog" story. It's the story of a dog belonging to Miley Cyrus' sister allegedly mauling a model.

Miley Cyrus and her older sister, Brandi, have been named as defendants in the new lawsuit filed by Los Angeles-based model, Yolande Ngom, who claims she was bitten by Brandi's dog outside of the apartment buildings the "Wrecking Ball" singer owns, according to hollywood.com.

Ngom claims that one of Miley's employees was responsible for keeping the pooch under control, but failed to do so.

Brandi's dog Feather allegedly "ripped open her (Ngom's) right thigh" with an "unprovoked bite," Ngom stated in court documents obtained by TMZ. The model is said to be suing Brandi as well as Miley's company, Smiley Miley, for medical bills, lost wages and damages (marks on the model's body) that will adversely impact her career.

"[Yolande states the bite left] scars so bad she'll never be able to work as a model again," TMZ reported.
