At one point everyone will come across a cheating boyfriend or girlfriend. One anonymous woman who discovered her boyfriend of two years was sneaking around with another woman decided to do what a lot of people do, write her boyfriend a letter. However, this was not your average I'm-dumping-you letter. In her one-page note, which she wrote in red ink, she sent her now ex-boyfriend on a scavenger hunt he will never forget.
She began the letter by describing how she found out her boyfriend was cheating with someone else.
"Guess who left his Facebook open on the computer and got a message from Kelsi?" She wrote. "Yeah! You."
She goes on to reassure the guy she did not "break anything" but decided to pack all his things up and distribute them in various places.
"I invented a neat game, since I know you like looking for things (like other girls)," she wrote in the letter. "Here's where you'll find your stuff!"
She then instructs the guy that he can find his clothes were they first met, his videogames where they first kissed, his laptop where they bought their first video game together, and his television where they went "all the way." She tells him the rest of his belongings will be waiting for him at Kelsi's house.
She reiterates that she did not damage any of his things but can't promise that someone else hasn't found his stuff already. She closes the very creative breakup letter by wishing him a "Happy Hunting." The viral letter which was posted on Imgur has been viewed over one million times.
"Award for Bad-Ass girl of the year? This girl!" one person commented with many people speculating that the only item the guy would probably find was his TV.
If this is an actual breakup letter, this is only of several breakups that have gone viral in the past couple months, the International Business Times reports. Recently, a Google Street View camera captured a girl reportedly packing her things into her car after her boyfriend dumped her and kicked her out and musician Jonathan Mann and his girlfriend Ivory announced the end to their five-year relationship via a YouTube video.
