Bill Murray felt nothing but love at George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin's wedding.
While promoting his new film, "St Vincent," the actor proved to be quite the romantic, when he was asked about his favorite part of the couple's Italian wedding.
"The best part of being at George and Amal's wedding was those two people finding each other," he told E! News. "It's just amazing that those two people-the way they are-found the other person. It's almost surreal. I am so happy for them!"
The "Ghostbuster" actor revealed on NBC's "Today" that he gave a wedding toast at the newlywed's reception, but kept details of the toast to himself.
"I did speak, I did get to say something - I can't really recreate it," he said. "But it was something about the fact that a lot of people almost felt that they put their lives on hold until these people found their happiness, 'cause they're both very, very, very good people, very considerate and thoughtful of their friends and their families and the idea that they got it now is really liberating."
"These two, it's kind of just miraculous that they found each other, because they're so ideal for each other," Murray told co-host Matt Lauer. "People were very emotional about the fact that these two people found someone. That really was the great part of the party."
Murray called Clooney's bride beautiful and added that she has a "real huge heart and she's a great humanitarian and funny. She's the funniest Lebanese since Danny Thomas."
Clooney and Alamuddin tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Venice, Italy last month. Besides the traditional family, guest also included close celebrity friends Cindy Crawford, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, and Matt Damon.
When asked how he felt to be married, Clooney relied, "[it] feels pretty damn great."
