Nicole Kidman Wants Another Baby: 'I Hope Every Month That I'm Pregnant’ (AUDIO)

Nicole Kidman wants more children with husband Keith Urban.

The 47-year-old actress opened up to Australia's KIIS 1065 radio station on Friday about expanding her family. Kidman admitted that she hopes she's pregnant every month, but knows having a child at her age is difficult.

"I hope every month that I'm pregnant, but I never am," Kidman said. "I would be jumping for joy if I was. It won't happen. No! I'm 47, it won't happen. Well, my grandmother had her last baby at 49. So, you never know. I'm baby crazy. I love babies...kids, they are just extraordinary."

She stated that Urban might not be too happy about having to change diapers again.

"He might not be jumping for joy," Kidman said.

Kidman and her hubby already have two children - 6-year-old Sunday and 3-year-old Faith. The "Before I Go To Sleep" actress also has two adopted children, Connor, 19, and Isabella, 21, with ex-husband Tom Cruise.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, about 20 percent of women living in the United States give birth to their first child after age 35. In 2007, Kidman told Marie Claire that she had an ectopic pregnancy - where the pregnancy occurs outside the woman's uterus - and suffered a miscarriage.

During the show, the actress got emotional when talking about the recent death of her father, Dr. Antony Kidman. She also thanked people for their support during her difficult time.

"I have to say, so many people did reach out, it's the greatest thing," she said. "I used to be like, 'Oh, I don't want to intrude, it's awkward,' and now having been on the other side of it, it's so beautiful when people do it. A card or call or anything, it really does [mean a lot]."
