Demi Lovato is "engaged" and the surprise proposal was caught on camera. The 22-year-old "Heart Attack" singer was performing in Moline, Ill., when she spotted a very cute 5-year-old boy holding a sign that read, "I have a ring for you."
Of course, Lovato couldn't help but invite the little boy, named Grant, on stage with her. Maybe it was nerves (what guy wouldn't be a little nervous to ask Lovato to marry him?), but Grant told the singer he had accidentally left the ring back at his seat with his parents.
Security helped get the ring to Grant who was then instructed by Lovato on the proper way to propose to a girl.
"Do you know how to propose to somebody?" she asked little Grant. "Get down on knee and now can you ask me?"
After a little hesitation, and some coaxing, Grant asked Lovato for her hand in marriage.
