Jude Law is going to have a full house.
People Magazine reported that the 41-year-old actor is to expecting his first child - this time with ex-girlfriend Catherine Harding.
"I can confirm that Jude Law and Catherine Harding are expecting a child together in the spring," the actor's rep said in a statement. "Whilst they are no longer in a relationship, they are both wholeheartedly committed to raising their child."
"They consider this a private matter and other than this confirmation, no statement will be made. I ask that you respect the privacy of all parties involved and their families."
The British actor has three children with former wife Sadie Frost - son Rafferty, 18, daughter Iris, 13, and son Rudy, 12. He also shares a daughter Sophia, 4, with ex-girlfriend Samantha Burke.
In an interview with Parade magazine in 2009, the "Dom Hemingway" actor explained why being a father was important to him.
"Being a daddy is what counts," Law said. "I used to sleep until noon, but it's not so bad to have to get up at 7 and give them breakfast. My daughter made me realize that if there's anything that's going to make a man of you, it's having your will broken by a little girl."
Earlier this year, the actor told USA Today his older children are "in equal parts delighted and embarrassed" by their father's fame.
"[I am] immediately responsible for them as their father and responsibility stretches to how I put myself out there as a public figure, as an actor and I know nowadays that it has repercussions on them so I guide myself by them and indeed have to kind of structure my life, my living circumstances and how I portray myself for them, really," he told Cinema.com.
