Reunited and it feels so good! Maksim Chmerkovskiy and his "Dancing With The Stars" partner Meryl Davis were spotted having dinner on Thursday night - but the duo was not alone.
The rumored couple were joined by Maksim's younger brother, Val Chmerkovskiy, his current dancing partner, "Pretty Little Liars" actress Janel Parrish and several other friends.
The group was celebrating Davis' Sportswoman of the Year honor from the Women's Sports Foundation for her gold medal win at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, Us Weekly reported.
"Family dinner. @iamvalc @meryledavis @janelparrish @hollywoodmerv @sergeonik," Maks captioned in an Instagram picture of the entire group enjoying a meal at L.A.'s Ink restaurant. Parrish shared the same pic, writing, "So much happy @iamvalc @meryledavis @maksimc @sergeonik @hollywoodmerv."
Maksim posted a picture of himself and Davis separated from the group, with the caption, "Celebratory dinner with this Sportswoman Of The Year! @meryledavis." The 27-year-old Olympian looked comfortable wearing a burgundy T-shirt and a huge smile.
Despite rumors of a romantic relationship, Maksim and Davis have insisted that they are nothing more than dancing partners and friends.
"I was a dancing pro on the show for about a decade, and I needed the trophy to show for it. But Meryl was part of that," he told People Magazine. "And while I am doing other things, Meryl is a close friend and has become very important in my life. We have new projects together."
