Amanda Bynes: Kathy Griffin Says Troubled Star Has 'Got It All Figured Out.' (VIDEO)

Kathy Griffin is known for her lewd, unabashed celebrity commentary. It was only a matter of time before Amanda Bynes became fair game.

During her one hour special on Bravo, "Kathy Griffin: Calm Down Gurrl," the comedienne ventured the guess that maybe it was Bynes who had it right all along.

"So Amanda Bynes is allegedly doing stuff like going shopping, locking herself in dressing rooms for two hours and crying," Griffin started in her shtick, referring to reports that Bynes holed up in a Hollywood dressing room for hours in September of last year.

"Do you know how many times I've wanted to do that-that sounds like a dream!" Griffin cried to chuckles from the audience. "You go into a dressing room, the lighting is horrible, you feel self-conscious and you just want to take a bunch of clothes and blow off some steam...Amanda Bynes has got it all figured out, I'm telling you."

She then began commenting on Amanda Bynes erratic behavior on Twitter, where the former child star often unleashes a spew of insults, musings and lengthened tweets.

"I'm not going to make fun of the fact that she seems to be legitimately troubled. I'm making fun of her tweets about Rihanna," Griffin said. "The reason they are comical to me is Rihanna has so many millions of fans and she loves her thug love-she's got those thug life tattoos on her hand. So, personally, I would not want to tussle with Rihanna."

Amanda Bynes recently turned down Playboy Radio's offer for the Bynes to co-host their afternoon show for a day.

"I want to [do the show,]" she said to TMZ. "But I can't because I'm recording an album! I'll go on their show for an interview when I'm promoting my album." Bynes has claimed she is an aspiring rap star, working on her musical career.
