Vladimir Putin Musical Doll Worth Millions

A musical Vladimir Putin puppet is being auctioned next month in Germany, and experts are expecting it to sell for millions.

Created by puppet maker Christian Bailly, the 20-inch doll of the Russian President sits at a desk signing the Treaty of Acceptance of the Republic of Crimea into the Russian Federation, which he signed in March.

The doll is called "Putin Ecrivain" (Putin the Writer).

"Putin's right hand moves across the paper with a realistic motion followed by his concentrated gaze until, apparently tired by his efforts, the lamp light dims and his head falls, as though on the verge of sleep," the auctioneer's description reads. "Waking, he turns up the lamp and continues writing. The figure's movements are accompanied by a traditional Russian waltz," according to Live Auctioneers.

The doll is going on the auction block on Nov. 14-15 at a specialty auction in Cologne.

The asking price has not yet been announced, but Bailly is known for intricate puppet creations that have sold for millions in the past.
