‘Blood, Sweat & Heels’ Season 2: Melyssa Ford Suffers Head Injury After Costar Geneva Thomas Attacks Her? (WATCH)

There was reportedly a nasty brawl between two of the cast members on Bravo's "Blood, Sweat & Heels." According to reports, Geneva Thomas allegedly attacked her co-star Melyssa Ford with a vodka bottle during a party.

Sources told TMZ that Thomas and her cast members were filming a scene for the reality show on a boat near Hudson River Park when a argument broke out between Ford and Thomas. In a video posted on Instagram, Thomas is allegedly seen grabbing a vodka bottle and smashing it over Ford's head. The 37-year-old video vixen is seen grabbing Thomas' hair.

TMZ reports that Ford was taken to Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City where she received three stitches for her head wound. A day later, she was seen with bandages on her head and foot getting wheeled back into the hospital.

"Geneva has always had a vendetta against Melyssa. It was a mess, I'm glad it wasn't worse!" a source told the New York Post.

Reportedly, Ford pressed charges against her "Blood, Sweat & Heels" costar. Thomas was arrested and booked for felony assault, TMZ reports. The cast was supposedly filming for the upcoming second season. So far Bravo has not commented on the fight.

"'Blood, Sweat and Heels' steps up Bravo's style and sass beginning Sunday, January 5th at 9/8c with a group of up-and-coming movers and shakers in New York's elite circles of real estate, fashion, and media," an official description on the show reads. "The all-female cast includes former 'video vixen' turned realtor Melyssa Ford, real estate partner Brie Bythewood, modeling agency owner Mica Hughes, affordable-style expert Daisy Lewellyn, A Belle in Brooklyn blogger and author Demetria Lucas, and style and pop culture journalist Geneva S. Thomas. From Harlem to Brooklyn, life in the big city often resembles a small town when the woman cross paths in their personal and professional lives. The self-starters built their reputations and successes without the help of a man, but they never underestimate the power of a girlfriend's support. These independent ladies are aggressive in their pursuit of personal and career goals, but will the cost of success prove too steep as they climb their way to the top?"
