Heroin User's Body Dumped In Michigan

Two men are facing criminal charges after police say they took a dead heroin user and dumped his body near Interstate 94 in Michigan, the Lansing State Journal reported on Wednesday.

The body of 35-year-old Andrew Early was discovered by a couple walking their dog in Early's hometown of Ypsilanti on Oct. 16.

Richard Lee Honeycutt, 29, and Marcus Anton Holman, 33, were arraigned on numerous felonies relating to the dumping of Early's body after he had allegedly overdosed on heroin.

The two men are accused of concealing an individual's death, conspiracy to conceal that death, attempted concealing of an individual's death, failing to report the discovery of a dead body and removing a body without the medical examiner's permission, according to MLive.

Early is believed to have died from heroin use at a home in the city of Ypsilanti and Honeycutt and Holman found him dead.

Honeycutt is being held on $25,000 bond while Holman is held on a $50,000 bond.
