U.S. President Obama ‘Is The Most Racist President There Has Ever Been,’ Ben Stein Claims (VIDEO)

Political commentator Ben Stein believes African Americans in the United States are being brainwashed to vote against Republicans by the Obama's administration, he told Fox News on Sunday.

"The president is the most racist president there has ever been in America," Stein told host Shannon Bream on Fox News Channel's "America's Election HQ" over the weekend. "He is purposely trying to use race to divide Americans. Anyone who investigates it even a little bit knows its hogwash."

On Sunday's show, Bream initiated a conversation about how budget cuts have been used by Republicans not only to defy President Obama, but also to hurt people of color since they are known to often rely on assistance from the federal government, Breitbart reported.

But Stein downplayed the budget cuts, instead accusing Obama and other Democrats of attempting to portray the GOP as anti-black, by further deeming it as Obama's political tool to racialize the vote, according to CBS News.

"The [budget] cuts have been absolutely minuscule, absolutely tiny unbelievably small," Stein said. "And much more important has been the fact the Republicans by virtue of supporting the policies that stopped the crash in 2008-2009 from being a Great Depression stopped a real economic catastrophe. The Republicans are the ones who save this economy, not the ones that ruin this economy and as I say, whatever little tiny cuts they made here or there in welfare programs -- they were tiny, absolutely tiny."

"Look, by the way, let me back up a second, Shannon," he continued. "What are they talking about? More people are on food stamps than ever. More people are getting welfare than ever. What cuts are they talking about? And what cuts are they talking about. More people getting government subsidized health care than ever. What cuts are they talking about? It's all a way to racialize voting in this country."

"What the White House is trying to do is racialize all politics and they're especially trying to tell the African-American voter that the GOP is against letting them have a chance at a good life in this economy, and that's just a complete lie."

"I watch with fascination - with incredible fascination - all the stories about how the Democratic politicians, especially Hillary [Clinton], are trying to whip up the African-American vote and say, 'Oh, the Republicans have policies against black people in terms of the economy.' But there are no such policies," Stein said.

In addition, he stated that minorities being forced to believe that the economy is oppressing them was an "outrageous lie" inferred by Democrats.

"The idea that the Republicans are making life difficult for black people is just nonsense, just absolute nonsense," Stein told Fox News.
