Fans are accusing Rihanna of performing terribly after a night out on the town according to Radar Online. The Bajan beauty performed twice in Antwerp this week and fans say her performance was lackadaisical and disappointing.
"There was a wall of reinforced concrete between Rihanna and the public at Sportpaleis," music critic Sasha Van Der Speeten said. "The pop icon played almost two hours on autopilot. It had the effect of a Valium overdose,"
Speeten's review of Rihanna's performance was titled "Rihanna in a Bad Place."
Rihanna allegedly arrived to the concert over two hours late and appeared "drunk" or "stoned." No reports of an apology has been made. Fans were outraged at the singers behavior and took to Twitter to recall what some called "no effort".
Speenten accused Rihanna's lack of energy on stage to be a result of her party girl way and not because she was giving her all during the performance.
"How f***ing lazy and complacent can you get, girl? Besides the bored swaying back and forth like a drugged rich baby during 'We Found Love', she didn't dance," she wrote.
According to the Daily Mail, despite receiving backlash for her performances, Rihanna posed for pictures outside the Eiffel Tower and appeared int a "great mood."
The star is known for her party-girl ways. The "Good Girl Gone Bad" pop star has brought that sultry attitude to her performances.
Amongst the complaints of the singer's lateness is her lap dances. Rihanna gave one lucky fan a racy lap dance as she sang "Skin" during her Diamonds World Tour.
