Carrie Underwood is reaching out to her fans through a watery tweet.
The superstar will premiere the video of her smash single, "Something in the Water," exclusively on Twitter tonight (Nov.5). The Twitter event will take place during the 48th annual CMA Awards telecast on ABC.
Here's how the video's premier will go down.
Right after Underwood's performance on the CMA Awards show in Eastern and Central Zones, she will use her official account to personally debut the "Something in the Water" video directly on Twitter.
The video showcases Underwood's performance of the smash single while she is surrounded by dancers and water. A lot of dancers. And a whole lot of water. The dancers are members of the Shaping Sound dance company.
The video was choreographed by Travis Wall, the Emmy-nominated company's founding member. Wall is also the current resident choreographer on "So You Think You Can Dance."
The video's styling and costumes are elegant. They were designed by three-time Emmy-winner Marina Toybina.
The "Something in the Water" video was directed by Underwood's longtime creative collaborator Raj Kapoor. It was produced by Mark D. Allen.
Underwood's fans can tune in on Twitter and follow @CarrieUnderwood to watch Carrie's exclusive premiere here.
"Something in the Water," written by Underwood, Chris DeStefano and Brett James, is the first single released off of the singer's latest album, "Greatest Hits: Decade #1." The song is No. 12 this week on both the Billboard and Country Aircheck country airplay charts.
