Woman Abducted by Man in Philadelphia Update: Person of Interest Arrested (SEE HIM)

Authorities have arrested Delvin Barnes, 37, in connection with the abduction of twenty-two year-old Carlesha Freeland-Gaither in Philadelphia on Sunday ABC News reported.

Law enforcement officials located Barnes and his vehicle with Gaither inside, in Jessup, Md. via a GPS device he had in the car and tips from the public. Barnes might face federal charges in the case once officials finish their investigation.

Barnes reportedly drove down a street, parked his car, and travelled several feet away from where he originally took the vehicle based on video of the incident. He is then seen running after Gaither on the other side of the street from where he walked until he makes her go with him to the car.

The footage shows Gaither screaming for assistance, and involuntarily being put in the automobile CBS Philadelphia reported. Her glasses and cell phone also landed on the street during the attack. She also kicked one of the vehicle's back windows in attempt to get out of the car. More panes may have broken.
