The Cleveland Browns play the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday. Kickoff is at 8:25 p.m. ET. Listen to the live radio broadcast via the links provided below.
Cleveland heads to Cincinnati with a 5-3 record and looking for their third straight win. Their latest victory came in a 22-17 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, thanks in part to quarterback Brian Hoyer's 300 yards and two touchdowns.
Playing Cincinnati on the road, though, will be a much more difficult game.
"They're a good team, and one hallmark of good teams is that they win at home," Browns tackle Joe Thomas told the team website, via ESPN. "... If we want to win the AFC North, we're going to have to beat Cincinnati and this is our first opportunity. The stage is a little bit bigger because it's the Thursday night game. You're the only game on TV.
"This will be the best opponent we've played in a few games so it will certainly be a good measuring stick."
Cincinnati is 5-2-1 and also looking for their third straight win after victories against Baltimore and Jacksonville. Quarterback Andy Dalton three for 233 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the 33-23 win over Jacksonville, and rookie running back Jeremy Hill rushed for 154 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carries.
Hill is likely to start again for starter Giovani Bernard, who's still sidelined with a hip and a clavicle injury.
While the Browns haven't stricken fear in the hearts of their opponents in sometime, Cincinnati isn't underestimating them.
"(The NFL) definitely (knows) about the Cleveland Browns," said Browns safety Tashaun Gipson. "They take the Browns seriously. They have no choice. You don't win five games by mistake."
