Alabama RB Kenyan Drake Blasts Team ... In-Game?

Injured Alabama Crimson Tide running back Kenyan Drake had some advice for his coaches, and more specifically, offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin - run the ball. Like now.

Drake, live-tweeting during the first half of Alabama's game against LSU Saturday night, was apparently none-too-pleased with Kiffin's play calling, according to The Sporting News.

In tweets that have since been deleted, Drake first says "RUN THE BALL," then "3 straight 3 & outs. Three straight possessions w/o a running play. Shall I say it again..." after Alabama ran the ball just three times in the first quarter and throwing 12 passes with only five completions.

LSU on the other hand, took a 7-0 lead into the second quarter on the back of 15 rushing attempts.

Drake, a junior who was playing well before his injury, broke his leg in a game against Ole Miss earlier this season. He was leading Alabama in touchdowns with six at the time.

Tide coach Nick Saban is a notoriously intense taskmaster - he will almost assuredly be unhappy with Drake's choice of commentary or timing.
