Pizza Hut is updating its menu to provide customers new crusts, recipes, toppings and sauces.

The 10 new crusts include honey sriracha and "Get Curried Away," the new ingredients include cherry peppers and spinach, and garlic Parmesan debuts as one of the new sauces, according to Today.com. Curry flavor can be added to the pizza crust, and customers will have four "drizzles" to choose from, which include balsamic and buffalo.

The world's largest pizza chain is introducing these additions in response to customers wanting to be able to customize their food more and mix up flavors.

"Today's consumer is always looking for new flavors," Carrie Walsh, chief marketing officer at Pizza Hut, said in a phone interview.

The changes are also a response to two years of disappointing sales for the company, USA Today reported. Walsh said the company did research on "hundreds" of ingredients that customers said they wanted on the menu.

In addition to getting new crusts and sauces, Pizza Hut is getting a new logo, new uniforms and even a new pizza box.

"This is the biggest change we've ever made," Wash said. "We're defining the category."

Consumers worried about taking in too many calories will be happy to hear that there are now "skinny pizzas" on the new menu, Today.com reported. Calorie-focused offers include five new Pizza Hut skinny creations, which come with a thinner crust and contain at most 250 calories, as well as skinny crust.

The new menu will launch across the U.S. Nov. 19, so Pizza Hut fans will have to wait a little more than a week to get their hands on these new offerings.

"I definitely see it as more of a proactive step in pushing the category to new places," Walsh said.
