According to reports, "The Voice" judge and R&B singer Usher Raymond has an alleged sex tape being shopped around. Someone broke into Usher's car back in 2010 and stole about $1 million worth of jewelry, two laptops and two cameras, TMZ reports..

Reportedly, an explicit video of Usher with his now ex-wife Tameka Raymond was on one the laptops. , someone tried to sell the tape back in 2010 but no one would touch it. Adult film companies, like Vivid Entertainment, knew that Usher would never sign off on the stolen tape being released so they refused to take the offer, according to TMZ.

The site claims that the tape has now resurfaced and the person is targeting blogs to see if they will purchase the X-rated video. One big problem, because the footage was illegally obtained anyone who releases the video could face jail time.

Sources told TMZ that Usher's lawyer Mark Geragos is trying to find the person attempting to sell the alleged tape. The "Yeah" singer hasn't responded to the rumors but Tameka told MadameNoire.com that TMZ's story is fake.

"Nothing but an old rumor that's been addressed already," she said. "It's sad where the world has come to today. I know I have never made a sex tape, especially not for distribution. You get married so you can do whatever you want. My ex-husband and I definitely made our children the old-fashioned way; they are not products of the Immaculate Conception. That was my husband. We had a lot of fun. He was my husband in a proper sense. No wifey fake s**t. I think the world has gotten really desperate to be so invasive in people's lives. There should be some limitations and hopefully laws barring people from doing this stuff."

Tameka said she has not been contacted about the alleged sex tape so she's not sure if it's just an extortion plot.

"I don't know if they're trying to extort money or what because no one has ever approached me about it," she said. "People are so thirsty. They are thirst trappers; the thirst is so real. Sex is so important to everyone. Why do you want to watch a married couple?"
