Usher may have a sex tape with his ex-wife that's being shopped around, and it's allegedly stolen property, TMZ reported on Wednesday.

The R&B star's car was burglarized in Atlanta in 2010, and the thief made off with two laptops, two videos cameras and a reported $1 million in jewelry. The sex tape between Usher and ex-wife Tameka Raymond was stored on one of the laptops.

He has reportedly hired Mark Geragos to act as his lawyer and figure out who is trying to sell the XXX video tape, Times Live reported. The thief tried to sell the footage shortly after it was stolen, but no one would buy. It has resurfaced in the last few days, with the seller trying to make a quick buck.

The seller is reportedly not shopping around with adult film companies, since they wouldn't be able to get the green light from Usher to release it. They've been going to blogs to try to release the material.

When the footage was first being shopped around, Raymond took to Twitter to say she wasn't worried and didn't know what all the fuss was about.

"NEWSFLASH!! BREAKING NEWS! GUESS WHAT. I have copulated w/my husband! O_O. Why is this news again?? #ConfusedTweet. End of discussion," she tweeted in 2011.
