Raven-Symone Slams Fake Bill Cosby Assault Story: ‘Keep Me Out of This'

That's so not true! Former "Cosby Show" actress Raven-Symone said her name should not be included on the list of women accusing actor Bill Cosby of rape.

The 28-year-old actress, who is best know for playing Cosby's adorable step-granddaughter Olivia on the family sitcom, is slamming a rumor that claimed that the TV legend had molested her as a child.

A report published by HipHipHangover.com said that the former child star had filed molestation charges against the actor, during her time on "The Cosby Show."

The article claimed that the incident occurred after the series finale in 1992, when the actress was around six years old, according to the New York Daily News. The false report forced the actress to speak out about the allegations on social media.

"I was NOT taking advantage of by Mr. Cosby when I was on the Cosby Show!" she wrote along with posting a throwback picture of her character on the show. "I was practically a baby on that show and this is truly a disgusting rumor that I want no part of! Everyone on that show treated me with nothing but kindness. Now keep me out of this!"

However, Raven-Symone is not the first actress to comment on Cosby's sexual assault allegations.

Several women, including former supermodel Janice Dickson claimed that the 77-year-old comedian raped them in the 1970s and 80s. Cosby's attorney Marty Singer issued a statement calling Dickson's comments a "complete lie."

"You can confirm with Harper Collins that she never claimed that Mr. Cosby raped her, that no attorney representing Bill Cosby tried to kill the story...and no one tried to prevent anything she wanted to say about Bill Cosby in her book," Singer said in a statement. "There is documentary proof that Janice Dickinson is fabricating and lying about Bill Cosby."

In amid of the rape allegations several of Cosby's upcoming projects have been postponed.
