FX’s ‘Justified,’ ‘The Americans’ And ‘Archer’ Return In January

The final showdown between Raylan Givens and Boyd Crowder will begin on Tuesday, Jan. 20 at 10 p.m. when FX premieres the final season.

The crime drama based on Elmore Leonard's novels will end after six seasons. Stars Timothy Olyphant, Walton Goggins and Joelle Carter will welcome talented guest-stars Sam Elliott, Garret Dillahunt and Jeff Fahey.

FX also announced the Cold War drama "The Americans," starring Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys, will return for its third season on Wednesday, Jan. 28 at 10 p.m. The Oscar-nominated actor Frank Langella will join the cast as the former KGB handler to Phillip (Rhys) and Elizabeth (Russell), who comes out of retirement to claim his old job.

"Archer" will premiere its sixth season on Thursday, Jan. 8 at 10 p.m. C.C.H. Pounder, Allison Tolman and Keith David will lend their voices to the animated series this season. Pounder and David will voice Lana's parents who will meet their grandchild for the first time and baby daddy Archer gets himself in trouble during the visit.

"It goes really wrong, really quickly when Archer does some very, very terrible things to Lana's parents. It's naughty," executive producer Matt Thompson told Headlines & Global News in October.

How bad will Archer screw up?

"I have in-laws and I know my wife would never talk to me ever again," Thompson said.

FXX will premiere the tenth season of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" on Wednesday, Jan. 14 at 10 p.m. The new comedy "Man Seeking Woman," starring Jay Baruchel as a twenty-something looking for love, will immediately follow at 10:30 p.m.
