After being questioned by the police, Suraj Pancholi, the boyfriend of Bollywood actress Jiah Khan, has been arrested in abetting her suicide, E! News reports.
Pancholi is the son of famed Bollywood couple Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab. It was reported that Khan's boyfriend was not present at the time she committed suicide but was questioned by police because he reportedly spent two nights with the 25-year-old and was the last person she had talked to. Pancholi was not taken into custody at the time because there was no evidence that indicated he had something to do with Khan's death.
However Rabiya, Khan's mother, accused the boy of abusing her daughter after reading a six-page suicide note. The note, which her mom uploaded to Dropbox, was left in Khan's purse and contained details of her relationship with Pancholi accusing him of "ruining her life."
