Dallas (7-3) is off their bye week after Nov. 9's 31-17 win against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The game marked the return of quarterback Tony Romo, who completed 20 of 27 passes for 246 yards, three touchdowns and zero interception, and running back DeMarco Murray chipped in with 100 yards on 19 carries.
"I think this team's done a really good job of (it) doesn't matter who, when, where," Cowboys tight end Jason Witten said, via ESPN. "And that's not talk. I really believe this team's kind of bought into this is how we have to play. And when we do this we play well and when we don't we get beat."
Despite winning their first meeting this season against New York, the Cowboys were careful not to be complacent in their preparations.
"We've got to ... go into every game the same," defensive lineman Tyrone Crawford said. "We've got to go in with the mindset that we've got to get this win and do whatever it takes. We can't let our records, home or away, confuse what we're really there for."
New York, meanwhile, is 3-7 and the losers of five straight games. Their latest loss came last week against the San Francisco 49ers, 16-10. For coach Tom Coughlin, it's about limiting the mistakes.
"You have chance to win the game," he said. "Somebody make a play. Get the ball in the end zone and you win. I will remember that one. ... We are going to win one of those nail-biters."
