The wait is almost over! For weeks it's been rumored that Disney and Lucasfilm would be premiering the first trailer for "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" this weekend, and now we have official confirmation.
According to JustJared.com, Regal Cinemas released a list of theaters that will be playing the 90-second clip starring Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Adam Driver. Following Thanksgiving, different theaters will play the trailer beginning Friday, Nov. 28 and throughout the weekend. So far, Regal Cinemas listed nine movie theaters that will play the clip but more could be added later on. It's been rumored that at least 100 theaters would premiere the "Star Wars" teaser.
The confirmed theaters are as follows:

Edwards Mira Mesa Stadium 18 IMAX & RPX- San Diego, Calif.

Last week, Badass Digest released an alleged description of the trailer, writing,
"If my sources are correct (and this is a big IF. These sources have been mighty reliable in the past, and if they're wrong I believe they're wrong honestly, i.e. they're not bullshitting me), it'll be short. And when I say short, I mean one minute long. It's going to have The Force Theme played on woodwinds, softy, over flashing images of the main leads, each fading to black," the site wrote.
"There's no dialogue, just reveals of the characters. And then the music swells up into a full orchestral piece - perhaps what John Williams recorded this weekend? - and we hear a female voice, likely Daisy Ridley's, saying, 'Wake up.' And then the title card appears - Star Wars: The Force Awakens - and we see the Millennium Falcon, firing blasters, coming right at the camera."
"Star Wars: Episode VII- The Force Awakens" will be released Dec. 18, 2015.
