Back in September, Devolver Digital published a remake of the cult classic Japanese dating sim "Hatoful Boyfriend." The hook, if you haven't heard of the game before this, is that instead of wooing someone among your typical cast of beautiful teenage heartthrobs, you've got your eyes set on... birds. Yes, you are a young human girl attending a school for birds, and you fall in love with one of said birds. And yes, it is as wildly uproarious as it sounds.
Polygon is reporting that PS4 and PS Vita owners will be able to give the game a spin when "Hatoful Boyfriend" gets ported to PSN in the second quarter of 2015. You too will be able to understand the beauty that is pigeon love...
"All y'all PlayStation nerds need to stop waiting for 'The Last Guardian' to magically appear and buy my pigeon dating simulator," Devolver Digital chief financial officer Fork Parker said in a statement. "It's the only sensible thing to do."
If you can't wait until then, you can buy the PC version right now on Steam for $9.99.You can also check out the hilarous announcement trailer below:
