Michigan is 4-0 after their 70-63 win on Monday over Oregon. Sophomore swingman Zak Irvin, who leads the team with 20.3 points per game, scored 19 against the Ducks, and junior guard Caris LeVert - the team leader in assists and rebounds with 7.0 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game - added 18 points.

Despite the consistent scoring from Michigan, coach John Beilein acknowledged rebounding remains an issue.

"Unfortunately they're a little bit stronger and much more athletic than us on the backboard and we just didn't block out some times," Beilein said, via ESPN, of being outrebounded 41-29 by Oregon. "This is a big issue after today because we did work on it, we've been working on it and we'll work on it some more."

Villanova is also 4-0 after their latest victory, which came on Monday against Virginia Commonwealth. The Wildcats advanced with a 77-53 win, thanks in part to senior forward JayVaughn Pinkston's 15 points and seven rebounds, senior guard Darrun Hilliard II's 14 points, sophomore forward Kris Jenkins's 13 points and junior guard Ryan Arcidiacono's nine assists.

"You just knew you were going to get tested," coach Jay Wright said of VCU's high-pressure defense. "You knew we were going to see how good of a passing team we are."
