"Real World" star Ryan Knight died Wednesday (Nov. 26) following a night of partying, TMZ reported. Friends close to the reality star told the site that he was hanging out with them on Wednesday and returned to a friend's house later that night.
Reportedly, a friend found him dead Thursday morning. The friend said that Knight choked on his vomit while he was sleeping. They also believe he may have taken "some pills" while partying, according to TMZ.
Friends said the MTV star was in good spirits on Wednesday and was talking about a new girl he had just started dating.
"Words will never be enough to justify the connection we shared and the pain I will forever feel. RIP," Knight's ex-girlfriend Jemmy Carroll tweeted.
MTV's "The Challenge" alum Zack Nichols wrote, "You lived your life in the fast lane, and your smile was contagious. My bunkmate, my buddy. Rest easy pal, I'll miss you."
Johnny Reilly said "We'll play hockey together in heaven."
Knight's last tweet read, "You used to mean a lot," and two days ago he tweeted, "Have the type of life, that when you die no one will dare say, 'he left us for a better place.'"
His death comes almost three weeks after fellow reality star Diem Brown died after a decade-long battle with cancer. She died at the age of 32 on Nov. 14. One day before her funeral, Knight commented on the loss, writing, "a funeral for an Angel tomorrow. She'll fly the highest and shine the brightest. And without a doubt she'll be dancing over us. Love Ya DB."
