Nicki Minaj Releases New Song 'All Things Go,’ Raps About Losing a Child and Dealing With Family Drama (LISTEN)

Nicki Minaj holds nothing back in her new single "All Things Go."

The 31-year-old rapper released the emotional track from her upcoming album "The Pinkprint" on Wednesday and its lyrics reveal intimate secrets about her life, including losing a child and dealing with the death of a family member.

Us Weekly reported that the "Anaconda" rapper underwent an abortion procedure as a teenager, but it remains unclear exactly how she lost the child. However, in the slow tempo song, Minja said she wishes her child would of grown up alongside her younger brother Micaiah.

"I want Caiah to go to college just to say we did it/ My child with Aaron, would've have been 16 any minute / So in some ways I feel like Caiah is the both of them / It's like he's Cai's little angel looking over him," Minaj raps.

The Trinidadian pop star also reveals that she was engaged to be married earlier in life.

"Ten years ago, that's when you proposed/ I look down, yes I suppose."

On the track, Minaj opens up about her personal dilemma with her family, including her estranged relationship with her mother, Carol, and the death of her cousin Nicholas Telemaque, who was shot and killed in July 2011.

"I love my mother more than life itself, and that's a fact," she raps. "I'd give it all, if somehow I could just rekindle that / She never understands, why I'm so overprotective / The more I work, the more I feel like, somehow they're neglected."

She also raps, "I lost my little cousin to a senseless act of violence / His sister said he wanted to stay with me but I didn't invite him / Why didn't he ask? / Or am I just buggin'? / 'Cause since I got fame, they don't act the same even though that they know that I love them."
