Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger has found a new way for you to keep your phone or tablet charged while you're out with your friends.
The power source comes in the form of a jacket that uses solar energy to make sure your phone doesn't die, thanks to an array of solar panels woven into the material, according to CNET. The panels are water resistant, flexible and can easily snap in and out so you can achieve your desired look.
The jacket was developed for both men and women with help from solar manufacturer Pvilion.
Charging is made possible by a cable that sends energy to two USB ports in the front pockets, allowing you to charge two devices at the same time, CNET reported.
The battery is capable of completely charging a 1,500 mAh device up to four times once fully charged. Wearers have the option of taking the battery out and using an external power source via USB to charge it if the charging process is slower than usual.
Tommy Hilfiger's solar-powered jacket is available now for $599 in a style for both men and women, Discovery News reported.
The company is donating 50 percent of the proceeds to the Fresh Air Fund, which aims to give over a million children in New York City free summer vacations.
