Hello Games 'No Man's Sky' Wows at 'The Game Awards 2014' (WATCH IT)

Hello Games came to "The Game Awards 2014" in Las Vegas with a new trailer for the highly anticipated "No Man's Sky," its upcoming game that's loaded with travel features and unique gameplay experiences. The game is touted as a procedurally generated space game. Thanks to Polygon for the tip.

Inspired by a trailer that debuted the last year, the new video takes the viewer on a ride that spans across procedurally generated worlds. No two worlds are the same; each has its own elements, such as unique flora and fauna. Diversity is also suggested as the trailer shows a planet that's occupied by massive robots. Check out the new trailer, which focuses on the different ways you can travel in the game, below:

Everything one can expect from "No Man's Sky" is built on the premise that each gameplay experience will be fresh and new, with the game being literally procedural. For someone who is a true-blue planetary explorer, one can go on an adventure from planet to planet, interacting with new things discovered along the way.

"No Man's Sky has been in our heads for a very long time," Hello Games wrote in a statement on their website. "The night sky was filled with more stars than you've ever seen, and we've all thought that this is exactly where video games would go, video games that contained the whole universe, and you'd be able to visit it all. No Man's Sky takes that jump ...it's the game we've always wanted to make."

As a personal aside, this is the title that I'm looking forward to in 2015. The question is: do I buy PS4 just for this game (as it will be a timed exclusive which was mentioned at Sony's press event at E3 2014) or do I wait for the PC version which will most probably be released six months to a year after the PS4 version? I honestly don't know if I have the patience for that...
