Cam Newton has been confirmed as the driver of one of the cars involved in an accident earlier today. However, an officer on the scene said he thought everyone involved woul be "okay."
Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam newton was reportedly injured in a car wreck earlier today, according to the Charlotte Observer. Details are scarce currently, but the accident included one flipped car on a bridge and another near the intersection of Church Street and I-277. WCNC photographer Dianne Gallagher posted the below photo of Newton being loaded into an ambulance.
