"E! News" TV host Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill Rancic have been though a lot in their relationship. With having fertility issues to Giuliana's health scare the couple seems happier than ever and are ready to have more kids. Well, at least Giuliana is. In a recent interview she told "Access Hollywood" that she is ready to welcome baby number two into their home.
"We're definitely thinking about it," the "Giuliana & Bill" star said. "We'd love another child, so we'll see."
Even though Giuliana is all for it, she said Bill doesn't want a big family just yet.
"Anytime we have a rough time with Duke, he's like 'What do you think about just one?'" she said laughing. "I'm like, 'Bill, I'm Italian, I need a big family'. I mean, there's nothing more beautiful. I think [you should] have as many kids as you can handle!"
The reality TV couple welcomed their first child, Duke, in August after choosing to go with a surrogate. Despite his hesitation for having another baby she said he is an excellent father to their son.
"I think Bill is an incredible father - so loving," she said. "There are times when I definitely think Bill is a better parent. If I'm at work, Bill will stop in and he's just a great dad. Instead of sitting the kid in front of cartoons, he takes him out and tries to engage with him and do whatever he can with him. He just wants to be as involved as possible with the baby."
The entertainment host also shared her thoughts about Angelina Jolie's recent health concerns with breast cancer. Giuliana is a breast cancer survivor and underwent a double mastectomy in 2011.
"It was definitely shocking. But good for her, man. She took her health into her own hands and that's what it's all about," she said in the interview. "She took her risk to get breast cancer so far down."
Giuliana said she decided to go public with her cancer battle because, like Jolie. she wanted to encourage women to take their health into their own hands.
"If you don't care about your health, who the hell is going to care about your health? You've got to do it," she told "Access Hollywood."
She said she often meets a lot of women who are either going through or went through what she did. The one thing that she said upsets her the most about her battle was having to face the reality of the situation and having to deal with the devastation of it late at night. That is when she needed her husband the most and she finds it sad that some women don't have boyfriends or husbands to help them through their rough times.
"Bill was at all the doctor's appointments, but where I really needed Bill was at 2 o'clock in the morning when I would wake up sweating and crying and just devastated," she said. "That's where I needed Bill to calm me down and talk me off the ledge."
The 38-year-old mom encouraged people who know someone dealing with cancer to be there for them adding that sometimes she wishes she could be there to support those women herself.
Season 7 of "Giuliana & Bill" premiers July 16 at 8 p.m. on The Style Network.
