Warrant Recalled For 77-Year-Old Nude Sunbather

The arrest of a 77-year-old man that police say was sunbathing nude in his backyard next to a church in Utah is being recalled, the Daily News reported on Wednesday.

Myron Lee Kipp was wrongly issued a $5,000 cash-only warrant in the lewdness case, according to court records.

Kipp didn't miss a court date, like the warrant stated, according to Prosecutor Cristina Ortega.

The man plead not guilty to seven counts of misdemeanor lewdness, four involving children.

Kipp's neighbors reported the man sunbathing in the nude on March 5. His yard is encased by a chain-link fence that doesn't have privacy slats.

Although children could see him, Kipp maintains that he can do what he wants on his property, according to Fox News.
